Osborn Consulting, Inc. (OCI) team members developed a 200 acre master plan for the North Kitsap School District that included large wetland areas, four schools, a large regional park, bus maintenance facility, abandoned Nike missile facility, and a future site for a new High School. After completion of the Master plan and NEPA/SEPA documentation, OCI team members continued on as Landscape Architect for the high school. The building is surrounded on three sides by a forested wetland with access to trails and outdoor learning. The site also includes competition level synthetic football and track and softball and baseball fields, tennis courts, and maintains the regional trail system through the site.
