OCI assisted the PCL/HDR team with permitting, design, and construction of 1.6 miles of double-track Light Rail Transit (LRT) elevated line between the SeaTac/Airport Station and S 200th St. The project included a track guideway, a terminal station at the intersection of S 200th St. and 28th Ave. S, site work, and roadwork in SeaTac, WA. With this extension, the Link Light Rail runs from downtown Seattle to the City of SeaTac. Specifically, OCI’s responsibilities included Drainage Design and Temporary Sediment and Erosion Control (TESC) Design. The Drainage Design consists of Drainage Plans and assistance with Hydraulic Report. TESC Design included TESC Plans and Narrative, Conveyance and BMP sizing, and Water Quality Monitoring Plan.
