Rhododendron Park Wins ASCE LOCEA Award


The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Seattle Section has recognized Osborn Consulting, Inc. (OCI) and the City of Kenmore for their work on the Rhododendron Park Waterfront and Open Space Access project. Sewer Relining Program
