The streetscape master plan defines the design and character of four new street typologies that will transform the existing vehicle-oriented county and city roadways into a network of Complete Streets.  As Complete Streets, they incorporate Low Impact Development (LID) strategies, are cost effective to implement, designed to prioritize people walking and biking, and identify new opportunities and spaces for outdoor retail and dining.
