The 2025 Osborn Consulting Scholarship will award two students $10,000 each. Marking a more than 30% increase in funding, our fifth annual scholarship is again offered in partnership with the Renton Regional Community Foundation.
The Osborn Consulting Scholarship is for ambitious students identifying as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color (BIPOC) who:

We believe that more voices and perspectives will help the AEC industry address design challenges, and we designed this scholarship to help break down historical barriers of entry to these professions. We are eagerly awaiting the practical and creative design solutions our scholarship recipients will create in the future.
Scholarship applicants must demonstrate resilience and aptitude necessary for success in these professions. This may be demonstrated by any combination of at least two of the following characteristics:
- Overcame a significant personal challenge to maintain at least a B average.
- Honor roll grade point average.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated service contributions to their community.
