OCI is excited to introduce you to two new team members Marie Phelan, EIT and Chun Ho Chen, PE.
Marie recently graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering and a focus on Water Resources. Marie grew up near Columbus, Ohio, and although allergic, loves dogs and is enjoying the mild Pacific Northwest climate. Marie has a wealth of CADD and GIS knowledge and experience. In the short time she has been at OCI, Marie has already developed a new HEC-RAS model of China Creek for the Centralia College’s Kiser Natural Outdoor Learning Lab (KNOLL) Project.
Chen is a Project Manager with 10 years of experience. Chen’s most recent experience includes completing the drainage design for several large WSDOT Design Build projects, including SR 532. Chen enjoys running and hiking and this summer completed a tour of the National Parks of the West, including Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon.
