Osborn Consulting is built on the passions and ambitions of our people. From the founding team members who established our firm as a surface water industry leader to new colleagues who join our mission to deliver practical and creative solutions, our story is ongoing. Founded in Bellevue, today we have locations across Washington State to serve the greater Pacific Northwest region.

How We Started

Tarelle Osborn founded Osborn Consulting in 2004 with a desire to forge her own path in the consulting industry. As she built relationships and proved her ability to think creatively about infrastructure challenges, she quickly needed a team that shared her values. As the work and team grew, Tarelle discovered a new passion to make Osborn Consulting a place where everyone has the support they need to grow and explore new opportunities. We are proud of the foundation that Tarelle has fostered and that our team continues to build upon as we grow.
