Almadoria (Alma) Rettinger, PE, is a project manager with more than 10 years’ experience planning, designing, managing, and supporting multiple water resources and environmental projects in the public and private sector. Alma has demonstrated knowledge and skills for wellhead design from conceptual design to built-out construction. She has worked on alternative studies and small capital design and construction projects. Alma also has knowledge in environmental compliance, investigation, monitoring, and remediation design. Alma is actively involved with PNWS-AWWA and serves on the Personal Leadership Committee.
