On Saturday, October 28, OCI team members and their families volunteered with the King County Parks and Recreation Department at Marymoor Park. The volunteer event was a part of King County’s initiative to plant one million trees by 2020 across King County in both urban and rural areas. Reaching that goal will reduce carbon pollution and help in preparing the area for climate impacts.
OCI planted close to 250 trees on Saturday morning and were lucky enough to enjoy a crisp, clear autumn day at Marymoor Park. Check out the pictures from the fun day of giving back to our community!
