On a sunny afternoon earlier this month, OCI engineers Deepa and Robert were in the field trying to photograph the conditions of several catch basins for one of our projects. (Not sure what a catch basin is? Learn more here!) Unfortunately, the sun cast shadows on the catch basins and our poor engineers couldn’t get any clear pictures.
Our always-prepared engineers improvised – pulling out sun screens from Robert’s car to reduce the brightness and shadows. You can see Robert in action below!
And check out how lovely their subjects (the catch basins) looked in the end.
When asked if they saw any potential in a photography career, Deepa said they’d be sticking with engineering for now and keep photography as a passion, while Robert said he was contemplating expanding his modeling skills.
