OUR CULTURE
We’re All In
We have built a work environment founded on trust that enables our team to work together collaboratively, solve problems creatively, and keep spirits high through humor and camaraderie.
Our roots are in Bellevue, having been founded here in 2004. This office serves as our corporate headquarters and is home to a diverse range of staff from across practices and departments.
We lovingly refer to a section of the Bellevue office that is home to many of our engineers-in-training as the “fishbowl” because of the wall-to-wall windows and collaborative atmosphere.
Our downtown Seattle location offers easy access to public transportation and the urban core of the Puget Sound region. We can hop over to Pike Place Market for a bite or jump on our bikes for a refreshing commute.
The Seattle office has a tradition of a biweekly morning coffee break to gather, share stories and jokes, and enjoy each other’s company. The added perk of delicious local pastries and breakfast treats is enjoyed by all.
Serving the greater Eastern Washington area, this office is home to a dedicated team with a shared commitment to water resources.
Our Spokane office building was built in 1898 by Agnes McDonough as a single-room occupancy hotel. When they are outside of the office, our Spokane crew enjoys activities like an annual tube float down the Spokane River.
Whatcom County is the birthplace of our founder, Tarelle Osborn, and holds a special place in our hearts. Our Bellingham team serves the Northern Washington region and beyond.
Bellingham is the only Osborn office that is home to a regulation height basketball hoop. You might find our Bellingham crew shooting hoops over lunch or volunteering outside the office with local habitat improvement organizations.
Offering close proximity to the many communities of Southern Washington and Northern Oregon, our Vancouver office is our newest location.
Vancouver is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, offering quick access to the Pacific Ocean, Columbia River Gorge, and Southern Cascades.
