For the fourth time, the Puget Sound Business Journal has named Osborn Consulting to its Washington’s Best Workplaces list, ranking it #8 in the medium companies category. This prestigious list honors the exceptional businesses that set the standard for workplace excellence in Washington State.
“It’s extraordinary to see how far we’ve come,” said Tarelle Osborn, founder and president of Osborn. “In 20 years, we’ve gone from a company of one to a thriving organization with a formidable presence across Washington State and even beyond. Our client-first approach and commitment to a healthy working culture have been central to our success and growth.”
The employers on Washington’s Best Places to Work list are determined by an anonymous employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, which is the Puget Sound Business Journal’s research partner for this program. The survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. These range from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees.
