Here’s an excerpt from our award responses:
How does being a Washington’s Best Workplace affect your bottom line? The biggest impact on our bottom line is our relationship with clients. We hire quality individuals who are committed to providing an excellent work product every single day. Our employees also love coming to work so we don’t lose money and time constantly training new employees due to a high turn-over rate. This success is a result of ten years of developing and refining the practices and strategies we have in place to make OCI an amazing place to work. In those 10 years, OCI has hired 24 employees and seen only five leave.
Our clients see us as a business with integrity that respects our employees who, in turn, respect the company by working efficiently and giving their all. We continue to provide exceptional work to our clients and exceed expectations to ensure more work and better relationships. Becoming a Best Workplace is a part of what OCI does every single day, something that won’t change regardless of recognition we receive.
