Osborn Consulting is excited to announce the opening of our Spokane office! Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, our newest office allows Eastern Washington clients and teaming partners easy access to our team members and resources.
Our Spokane office is currently staffed with three exceptional engineers. Aimee Navickis-Brasch, PhD, PE, is a recognized leader in stormwater research and environmental compliance, having developed local stormwater codes and ongoing testing of new stormwater technologies. Taylor Hoffman-Ballard, PE, is a stormwater engineer with extensive lab and field work experience throughout Washington. Kaela Mansfield, PE, brings several years of local experience focused on PS&E development for stormwater drainage and habitat restoration projects.
Our team is passionate about exploring the unique challenges and opportunities for stormwater solutions in Eastern Washington and we look forward to working with our clients and teaming partners from the Puget Sound to the Spokane River!
