OCI’s newest addition to our growing team is Rebekah Weston, P.E. Rebekah is a project manager/senior civil engineer with nine years of experience. She enjoys designing, managing, and overseeing construction on a variety of projects including: infrastructure improvements and modeling, water system plan updates and modeling, SCADA system upgrades, site development, low-impact development, industrial site stormwater design, private development, higher education, parking lot retrofits, military design-build projects, and emergency management.

UW Students Earn $10K Osborn Scholarship for Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering
Marley Moreno-Flores and Marina Figueroa-Rowen, students at the University of Washington, are the winners of the 2026 Osborn Consulting Scholarship. Both will receive $10,000 to support their education and future careers in fields that help shape stronger, healthier communities.

Standing with Our Communities: Supporting Flood Recovery in King County
After one of the most severe floods in our region’s history this past December, many communities are still in recovery mode. Osborn was able to step in and provide emergency water and road infrastructure support after the White River broke through sandbags and pooled up to three feet of standing water over a roadway in Pacific, WA.
