For the fifth time, the Puget Sound Business Journal has named Osborn Consulting to its list of Washington’s Best Workplaces, ranking it in the medium companies category. This prestigious list honors the exceptional businesses that exemplify workplace excellence across Washington State. The rankings were announced at a special event held at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.
“This is a meaningful affirmation of the special culture we’ve built here at Osborn,” said Laura Ruppert, Director of Operations. “We’ve grown not just in terms of headcount, client base, and the range of projects that we take on, but in the strength of our shared values. As we look ahead to the next 20 years of Osborn Consulting, it’s clear that our client-first approach and our commitments to one another remain the foundation of our continued success.”
The employers on Washington’s Best Places to Work list are determined by an anonymous employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, which is the Puget Sound Business Journal’s research partner for this program. The survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. These range from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees. For purposes of the list, the mid-size category is defined as a company with between 50 and 149 employees.
