After working on a fish passage design project at Washington State University, he joined Osborn Consulting as an Engineer-in-Training for the Natural Resources team. Joey works for the wellbeing of our water systems by supporting fish passage, stream restoration, bank stabilization, stormwater drainage, and civil utility projects. He develops hydrologic and hydraulic models, and assists the production of reports, permits, plans, and cost estimates.
