In the past, they have participated in a variety of projects, including rain garden construction, forest road decommissioning, and streambed stability analysis. At the University of Washington, Matthew also worked on a senior capstone team that designed and built a treatment unit for removing arsenic from landfill condensate. Matthew is excited to support local communities and ecosystems by participating in green stormwater infrastructure projects.

Her experience includes working on a variety of complex municipal storm, sewer, and water system projects. As a NASSCO-certified engineer, she has led multiple condition assessment programs and rehabilitation projects that applied both trenchless and open-cut installation methods, resulting in more resilient utility infrastructure for local cities in Washington State. Ann has worked with agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest to identify, plan, and design capital improvement projects as part of larger planning efforts, such as basin, master, and comprehensive plans.

She works with counties, cities, and ports across the Pacific Northwest on stormwater planning, water quality compliance, stormwater design standards and policies. Jessica has worked on over two dozen comprehensive stormwater management plans. These plans include stormwater utility funding analysis and has written numerous grants. She has also provided clients TMDL compliance support, including TMDL implementation plans. Jessica is comfortable working with municipal staff, the public, and elected officials to solve complex stormwater issues, while meeting regulatory requirements.

Cheyenne is a Technical Service Manager and stormwater technical lead at Osborn Consulting who’s worked on complex stormwater, sewer, and infrastructure improvement projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Cheyenne has extensive experience in stormwater model analysis, conveyance sizing, flood mitigation, stream and culvert retrofitting, detention and water quality design, and waterline relocation. He’s also extremely passionate about green stormwater infrastructure and low impact development. Cheyenne easily takes projects from the initial concept design through to the final plans, specifications, and cost estimate stages.

Peter leads Osborn Consulting’s Natural Resources practice. He works with a dynamic and talented team to design and deliver stream restoration and fish passage projects. In the course of their work, his team performs scour and bank stability analyses, floodplain assessments in FEMA Special Flood Hazard Areas, and geomorphic assessments. They also provide construction phase support for fish passage- and stream-related project elements.

Simone is an engineer-in-training in our Transportation Drainage practice and a recent graduate from the University of Washington’s Civil Engineering program. During her senior year, she interned with the Civil Engineering group at Seattle City Light, where she worked on drainage, SPCC, and other wet utility projects at substations and generation sites around the state.

As a Civil Engineer at Osborn Consulting, Mike has experience with designing stream restoration and wetland mitigation projects for public and private sector clients. For these projects, he performs hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, creates AutoCAD Civil 3D project drawings, and develops reports, project cost estimates, specifications, and permit application packages. Mike also has experience performing geomorphic assessments and providing construction phase support for stream and wetland restoration projects.
