Jessica is a senior stormwater planner and project manager at Osborn Consulting. She works with counties, cities, and ports across the Pacific Northwest on stormwater planning, water quality compliance, stormwater design standards and policies. Jessica has worked on over two dozen comprehensive stormwater management plans. These plans include stormwater utility funding analysis and has written numerous grants. She has also provided clients TMDL compliance support, including TMDL implementation plans. Jessica is comfortable working with municipal staff, the public, and elected officials to solve complex stormwater issues, while meeting regulatory requirements.

Lauren’s career began in geology and geotechnical engineering and eventually led her to transportation design. As her career progressed, she got the opportunity to use a variety of software to solve problems ranging from finding new sandstone caves to creating cost estimates for fish passage projects. Through that, she discovered how much she enjoys learning and using software to help others tackle their various design projects.

Michaela is a Senior CAD Designer with a vast knowledge of CAD project management, design and training. Throughout her career, she has developed AutoCAD and Civil 3D training programs for private and public agencies; developed CAD standards; and worked as an Autodesk Technical Specialist. As a designer, Michaela has worked on several US embassies around the world, street improvement and site development projects, and extensive underground utility designs, utilizing both GIS data and Civil 3D. Michaela enjoys sorting out the complexities of large design projects and the team collaboration required to successfully complete a project.

James is a Design Technology Manager at Osborn Consulting with decades of experience in drafting, design, and CADD Management. He manages Osborn Consulting’s Design Technology software and workflows and ensures a high level of quality for our design, drafting processes, and standards.
Over the years, James developed CADD standards, produced stormwater conveyance and water quality systems, managed wastewater projects and site development, and was involved in underground utilities modeling and street improvements projects. James has worked on many prominent regional and national projects, including the Elliot Bay Seawall, the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement, and the Presidio Tunnel Tops project.

Heather is a GIS Analyst at Osborn Consulting with more than a decade of GIS experience in local and state government.
