During Erika’s time with Osborn Consulting, she has dipped her toes into nearly all of the administrative departments, including billing, technical editing, office management, and contract administration. As the firm has grown, she has been excited to focus on her role on contract administration. Erika is the point of contact for owners, prime consultants, and subconsultants through the contracting process, and she works with project managers to ensure that the terms, scope, rates, and fees work for all parties involved.
