As President and Principal Engineer of Osborn Consulting, Tarelle takes pride in her work and in delivering a quality and innovative product. A recognized leader in surface water planning and design, her expertise spans a variety of project types, including hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, for all manner of clients.

Her technical experience encompasses both multidisciplinary alternative delivery and traditional bid build contracts, as well as standalone stormwater driven projects. Clients appreciate Tarelle for her collaborative style and attentive project management.

As Osborn Consulting’s Director of Operations, Laura guides our technical practices and provides the vision for efficient, collaborative procedures across the company, benefitting both Osborn’s teams and clients.

Laura’s professional surface water engineering experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, surface water management planning, surface and stormwater design, and preparation of construction documents (PS&E). She routinely manages surface water on-call contracts, specializing in stormwater retrofit and fish passage improvement. Whatever the project at hand, her organization and strong attention to detail enable success.

Laurie is an accomplished hydraulic and transportation engineer with extensive experience in designing and managing stormwater projects. She excels at organizing and managing the goals and parameters of complex projects and stakeholders, providing coordination, scope and code compliance, technical guidance, practical solutions, and workflow planning.

She has an in-depth understanding of how stormwater fits together with overall project components, challenging sites, and has extensive experience coordinating and refining approaches with other disciplines and jurisdictions.

Robert’s extensive engineering experience includes local public- and private-sector projects. He has provided drainage, utility, grading, ADA, and paving design solutions for cities, airports, parks, affordable housing agencies, universities, and private clients.

Deepa leads Osborn Consulting’s Transportation Drainage practice and specializes in surface water engineering and modeling. She has an excellent record of exceeding client expectations and delivering high quality outcomes. Deepa is currently the co-chair for the ASCE Seattle Section Water Resources Committee.

Over the years, Deepa has worked on several design build and local agency stormwater projects. Her main areas of expertise include transportation drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis, neighborhood drainage improvements, and stormwater planning. Deepa is also experienced at navigating the regulation, permits, and inspections involved in environmental compliance.

Maria leads Osborn Consulting’s Water Resources practice. She is the project manager who oversees a large variety of planning and design projects in Western Washington focused on such areas as green stormwater infrastructure, stormwater conveyance, regional water quality, culvert replacement, and creek restoration.

With a PhD in civil and environmental engineering, Maria has in-depth language and experience in groundwater flow modeling and contaminant transport, stormwater hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, runoff calculations, conveyance sizing, flow control and treatment facility design, and TESC design and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).

Cheyenne is a Technical Service Manager and stormwater technical lead at Osborn Consulting who’s worked on complex stormwater, sewer, and infrastructure improvement projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Cheyenne has extensive experience in stormwater model analysis, conveyance sizing, flood mitigation, stream and culvert retrofitting, detention and water quality design, and waterline relocation. He’s also extremely passionate about green stormwater infrastructure and low impact development. Cheyenne easily takes projects from the initial concept design through to the final plans, specifications, and cost estimate stages.
