James has decades of experience in drafting, design, and CADD Management, including CADD standards development, production of stormwater conveyance and water quality systems, wastewater projects, site development, underground utilities modeling, and street improvements projects. He has worked on many prominent regional and national projects, including the Elliot Bay Seawall, the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement, and the Presidio Tunnel Tops project. James manages our Design Technology software and workflows. He ensures a high level of quality for our design, drafting processes, and standards.
