Jessica is a senior stormwater planner and project manager at Osborn Consulting. She has also provided clients TMDL compliance support, including TMDL implementation plans. Jessica is comfortable working with municipal staff, the public, and elected officials to solve complex stormwater issues, while meeting regulatory requirements.

Leading Osborn Consulting’s Eastern Washington practice, Josh designs and manages a variety of utilities and water resources projects. Anna as a Project Engineer at Osborn Consulting brings on board expert experience in stream modeling, including flood risk analysis and fish passage design. Anna is passionate about capturing the qualities of each unique stream system through careful field reconnaissance, later to be used in building models that most accurately represent the complexity of a natural system.

Stefany provides water resources engineering and stormwater design for transportation and habitat projects. She develops engineering solutions for a wide range of clients, including city and county agencies, state departments of transportation, and federal government agencies. She also has experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including structural, geotechnical, civil, and traffic engineers, as well as environmental scientists and landscape architects. Stefany’s focus has been stormwater management design, stream restoration, fish passage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling, transportation drainage design, and watershed assessment and management. She is passionate about environmental stewardship through sustainable stormwater practices.
