Second Terminal Utility Planning

Osborn Consulting supported planning efforts for the second terminal (T2) at SeaTac Airport. This work includes reviewing utility (storm, sanitary, IWS, water) impacts and requirements for various future projects needed to support the construction and operation of T2. These projects include the proposed location of the T2 processor and concourse buildings as well as relocation of the North Airport Expressway (NAE), ARFF facility and Airport Maintenance Facility. Our team reviewed available information and provided input on the existing and proposed utility infrastructure, including conflicts requiring resolution or utilities that needed to be relocated as the project progresses.
