Stormwater Pipe Condition Assessment and Replacement Program

Over multiple years, Osborn Consulting has supported the City of Shoreline’s stormwater asset management programs by providing pipe condition assessment and delivering multiple PS&E packages for stormwater pipe repair and replacement projects. Our NASSCO-certified team members review CCTV footage to validate inspection data and GIS mapping, identify major defects, assign structural and maintenance condition scores, and determine maintenance, repair or replacement types that included jetting, root cutting, and partial or full open cut replacement or trenchless repairs. Following the condition assessment work, our team, through a separate contract, provided cost-effective designs for the stormwater pipe repairs and replacements and other small projects.
