Zackuse Basin Plan

Osborn Consulting supported the Zackuse Basin Plan with the City. We provided hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to identify potential retrofit solutions in the basin and served as the CIP Development Lead. The basin plan provides an overview of the current basin background and condition, identifies and quantifies environmental and development-based stormwater concerns, defines potential operations and maintenance actions for management of erosion and flooding risks, defines environmental stewardship opportunities, and prioritizes recommended stormwater capital projects.
