Four different alternatives were developed the construction of Runway 14L-32R rehabilitation. Osborn documented the existing storm drainage and utility conditions in the project area to support the alternative analysis for the project. Osborn reviewed existing storm drainage and utility systems data and summarized the findings, applicable codes, and requirements. This included developing site area summaries for each of the alternatives, including existing and new pervious area and impervious PGIS area, as well as summaries of impacted utilities.
